Litecup at Tots and Toddlers

Litecup

Catalog > Litecup

Litecup is a unique non-spill sippy cup with integrated night light – it’s a new kind of toddler beaker! But don't be fooled - litecup is suitable for any age, including adults!

Perfect for independent mess free drinking the patented circular valve allows free flow drinking from a cup edge whilst preventing tips and spills. the cup edge supports the bottle to cup transition and means there are no fiddly straws or spouts to clean.

The cup includes a light sensitive LED light unit that sits in the base of the cup and makes the cup glow gently at night providing a comforting nightlight and ensuring your child will always find their drink. hopefully giving them one less reason to wake you up!

The clean and fun design does not look ‘babyish’ and works for anyone from 12 months up.

Light and robust enough for use all day every day – the litecup is perfect for use as a travel cup for day trips, holidays or camping and for keeping by the cot or bed.

why is it different?

It seems a bit strange to have a cup or beaker that you have to suck harder on than a bottle to get the liquid out – but a lot of non spill valve cups or beakers in the market are like this.

The litecup has a softer approach to drinking.

The valve itself comes open with a small suck and then it stays open while you drink and automatically seals when your lips leave the cup – providing a natural drinking experience much more like a normal cup.

It’s spill proof not 100% leak proof – if your child holds it upside down and shakes it vigorously small drops will come out.

Sometimes if it gets pushed along on bedsheets the valve can also get held open and then the water could come out – see 100% disclosure! We like it this way though – we think it’s the best balance of great drinking experience while still minimising life’s disruptions. we hope you do too.
